Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
United States standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate.
United States standard shipping: free on all orders of $70.00 or more.
United States express shipping: $15.00 flat rate.
International orders: live carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves us you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, so please allow a little time before the link updates. If your tracking has not moved for several days, email us at graveveilshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
International Orders
We ship to a wide range of countries outside the United States. International delivery times vary by destination and by customs processing, and tracking updates are often less frequent once a parcel leaves the country. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment, and the reshipping cost will be payable by the customer. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet been packed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the tracking shows delivered and nothing has arrived, contact us at graveveilshop@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Send your order number and, where possible, a photo of the packaging, and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
