Every Grave Veil piece is produced in limited runs, so all sales are final. By completing a purchase on this site you agree to the terms below.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Ordering the wrong item
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Personal preference after receiving the product
Every product page carries a full size chart with chest and length measurements. Please review the chart, the product description and your order details before you check out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All sales being final does not cover our own mistakes. If your order arrives damaged, or we send you the wrong item, email us at graveveilshop@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo where possible. We will replace the item or refund it.
Parcels That Do Not Arrive
If tracking shows delivered and nothing has arrived, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
If something in your order is out of stock we will email you with an expected ship date. If we do not expect it back within two weeks, we will refund that item automatically.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
